Hey, there, everybody! Spring break is almost over, did you enjoy yours? I bet some of you got gorgeously tanned! Well, this week, let's talk about body types. Have you ever wondered what your body type is? Or how to dress for your body type? Here below I have attached a link to a online quiz from a beauty website to help you find out what your body type is, and it will also have some tips for you on what to wear. Don't worry, I will still give you some more advise on top of that! Enjoy!

- Apple- top heavy; bust 3 or more inches larger than hips. Best asset is your legs.
1. Draw attention away from your shoulders and arms. Wear long sleeves.
2. Emphasize your legs by wearing shorter skirts.
3. Draw attention to your bust and neck. Wear V-necks to create the illusion of a longer torso.
4. Wear a belt at the smallest part of your waist to elongate your midsection and create the illusion of a smaller waist.
5. Wear boot-cut or flared jeans to create an even line from the shoulders down.
- Rectangular/Ruler- waist is about the same as hips; usually on the slim side. Best assets are your arms and legs.
1. Wear a good bra that will make the most of what you have.
2. Have fun with colorful bottoms; feel free to experiment!
3. "Pinch" your waist to exaggerate curves to avoid looking lanky or boyish.
4. Go with ruffles and frills to add texture and volume to your figure.
5. Steer clear of baggy jeans and track clothes.

4. Try strapless dresses; they will show off your arms and even out your proportions.

2. Do not wear spaghetti-strap tops for they only emphasize more on your wide top torso.
3. Wear tops that call attention to your waistline.
4. You can wear high-waist styles to show off your legs and even out your broad shoulders.
5. Look for clothes that create an illusion of a waist.
- Hourglass- equal hip and bust measurements with a narrow waist. Best asset is curves!
2. Wear a fitted dress to show off your curves!
3. Wear a belt at the waist to enhance your hourglass shape.
4. Go for high-waist style skirts to show off your hips.
5. Wear skinny or straight cut jeans.
1. Do not hide your beautiful curves with baggy clothing.
